NOVARÉ AGENCY was created because we kept seeing the same pattern across venues: beautiful spaces with missing operational pieces. Sometimes it was team dynamics. Sometimes it was sales alignment. Sometimes it was unclear brand identity or inconsistent systems. Whatever was missing added strain to everything else and talented people were burning out trying to compensate.

Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same operational gaps everywhere I worked. Sales and operations weren't talking to each other. Team development was an afterthought. Guest satisfaction was inconsistent because there were no real systems. During my time as a task force consultant, covering open roles nationwide due to turnover, maternity leave, and high business demand, I got to see this pattern across even more properties. While doing my regular role in event management and sales, I was also fixing these disconnects wherever I could.
That's when I realized I didn't just want to manage events. I wanted to help venues build the systems that make excellence sustainable. I founded NOVARÉ AGENCY to make those frameworks accessible. My approach is direct, honest, and rooted in real-world experience. I care about building systems that actually work for real people in real venues.
I bring 8 years of experience in event management, operations, and sales. From Marriott hotels to luxury entertainment venues to independent boutique hotels throughout Boston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. I've managed luxury resorts and boutique hotels with over 135,000 square feet of event space, handling budgets up to $1.3M while coordinating sales, service, and operations across multiple properties simultaneously.
